Figment Games is a one man game studio located in Yorkshire, England. Formed by Gary Preston in 2004 to provide programming services to game studios across the globe.

After graduating from Bradford University in 2000 with a Masters Degree in Software Engineering, Gary Preston worked for several years developing information systems, financial, chemical mixing and window design software for a range of companies across the UK.
In 2004, Gary decided to turn his passion for games development into a full time business and formed Figment Games. In early 2005 he left the IT sector behind, taking on his first project for indie game studio Red Thumb Games.
