Figment Games is proud of the part we play in helping independent game studios create innovative games. Shelled! Developed by Red Thumb Games and featured below is the first of what we hope will be many games we have helped develop.
To quote Gamasutra from their round-up of the 2005 Indie Games Conference "Shelled! (Red Thumb Games) is a 3D casual game with turtle tank combat, featuring fun graphics, easy controls, and free online play."
Shelled! by RedThumbGames is a modern day take on the classic scorched earth game. Featuring both single player and multi-player modes, eye catching levels and enough weaponry to keep even the most battle hardened tank commander busy.

Although Figment Games was not involved in the development of the following games, we feel they stand out from the crowd enough to at least have a hand in increasing their exposure. Time and time again we hear gamers saying they want to see innovative games with better gameplay, well now you have a chance to show you really mean it. What follows is just a small sample of games produced by Independent game companies.
A 12 pound ball of tar is not exactly your run of the mill hero, but, when his lady friend Brea is kidnapped, a hero is exactly what Gish plans to become. Gish by ChronicLogic is a 2D action platformer featuring dynamic physics, real-time lighting and a destructable environment.

The Professor has a problem, his helper bots have turned against him and ejected him from his lab. You must help the professor use his brains and gadgets to break back into his lab and find the master control device, watch out of those rage bots!
Professor FizzWizzle by Grubby Games is a puzzle based platform game with over 230 levels as well as a full level editor allowing you to create your own levels to challenge your friends. With both incredibly simple controls and puzzles to challenge both newcomers and veterans alike the game is a treat to play.
